What a cool little boat! Constructed in 1996 back when OMC owned Stratos, and the power packages were nicely matched. Shes powered by a 90hp Johnson Ocean Pro, which was specifically designed for the salt water environment. This is a 2 owner boat, previously owned by an older couple who used her in the back waters around Charleston SC, and then with the second owner, she was used on the Fresh Water Waccamaw River and brackish ICW in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. This light weight package includes rod holders on either side of a compact yet very usable center console which also houses a nice sized live bait well. considering the size of the boat a giant fish box in the bow, molded anchor locker up on the topside bow. This boat is in can be expected condition for the age. A few fiberglass nicks and scratches here and there, and would certainly benefit from a good compound and wax or maybe even a light wet sand. The factory decals were degrading, and properly removed, but a little "ghost" of the decals remain which the compounding would take care of.
Up top there are a few spider cracks here and there, and a little cracking at the base of the helm chair. Honestly the boat would function better with a cooler seat instead of the helm chairs, and that upgrade would cover the minor deck issue around the chairs. Aft at the stern light socket there is a little bit of deck damage where it looks as if it was maybe bumped into the dock. None if these issues hinder the boats function, performance or usability, strictly cosmetic.
The engine runs great, clearly has low hours, and has a brand new Aluminum Turning Point 4 blade propeller, with replaceable composite hub. These 4 cylinder 90hp Loop Charged Johnsons are known to be solid motors, add the fact its a Ocean Runner with the added benefit of being designed for the rough salt water environment, you have an engine package you can trust. The fish finder works when it wants to, so if you prefer to have one, plan to replace.
